so on)
BASIC PRODUCT & SERVICE
• product or service that becomes the main attraction to influencing
customers.
• differentiate your product or service compared to your competitors.
• aspect of which is emphasized is the "USP" of your product or
service.
• Unique Selling Proposition or USP is a feature unique to the product
or service you will emphasize to influence customers and at the
same time generate sales.
• use interesting sentences and visuals where they are accompanied
by the appropriate USP will make it easier for customers to choose
your product or service compared to what competitors are selling.
• Consistency of advertising campaign will make it easier for
customers to get to know your brand better and next trust your
brand.
MALAYSIAN MARKET POTENTIAL
• From the diagram above, the number of users in the Malaysian
digital world is very large once which it represents 66% of the
total population in Malaysia. From of that number, 16.8j uta are
active users of social media and the number of account holders
mobile is 2 times that of active internet users. This is because
high probability of internet users having more than two mobile
accounts. The data this clearly shows the potential for doing
business in the digital world is very positive. Therefore as an
entrepreneur you need to take the opportunity to delve deeper
into the rules 13 E-TECHNOPRENEUR 2 to market your
product or service to digital customers this potential
ETHICS IN ONLINE BUSINESS
• Entrepreneurs need to provide current true personal and business details
doing internet business
• Entrepreneurs need to be honest in business because this is important to
earn consumer and customer trust on the internet
• Entrepreneurs need to ensure that the products to be sold are certified
new products and guaranteed quality
• Entrepreneurs should compete healthily and not use tactics online
marketing that is negative to competitors
• Entrepreneurs should avoid taking or stealing the work of other traders
internet for personal gain (except with permission)
• Enterprenuers may not store and process the personal data of prospects
or customers without their permission. Use of personal data without
permission of the owner is an offense under the Personal Data Protection
Department of Malaysia Act
CONCLUSION
• The business approach in the digital world is essentially the same as
business off-line. This is because it still involves traders who will influence
consumers to buy their products or services. Just what's different is the
method of how the sale takes place.
• consumers has more advantages from the aspect of choosing what to buy
because of the variety information in the virtual world that is available for
free allows them to study a product more carefully before making any
purchase.
• from the aspect of the seller, they are able to highlight the product or
service them to greater market potential and at an affordable cost.
• The element of "human touch" still needs to be present in relation to the
buyer potentially.
• sensitive to rapid changes and adapt into business to the latest
applications to keep your business not being left behind.
