Introduction to design aims to equip students of architect with preliminary of design knowledge. Throughout the whole
module, we will always need to apply design elements and principle to achieve a good design. Design elements and
principles are the key to translate the keyword of your design. Subsequently, we experienced to translate a 2D drawing
into 3D model in this module. It may sound easy, but when you are into it, it is never as easy as you think. Moreover, we
also get to learn critical thinking to create different concepts and ideas. As an architect student, you must think out of
the box all the time while maintaining the concept that will follow you until the end of the journey. Intro to design
creates our concept through different type of projects. All in all, we get to know that design is a process, it is the
passion in you and a good work cannot be produced in one day. Overall I really find this module interesting and full of
joy. Through this subject we experienced a lot of wonderful things and now we are able to view design in a very
different way.
