Krista is a new graduate student at UNCC who is also a teacher with two children, Aiden and Emily. Aiden is 5 and loves NASCAR while Emily is 9, takes piano and voice lessons, and enjoys talent shows. Krista's husband is very supportive of her going to graduate school on top of teaching and raising their family. She is looking forward to the new challenges of this school year as both a teacher pursuing her graduate degree.

• My son, Aiden, is 5 years
old and will be attending
Pre-K for one more year
before Kindergarten. He is
obsessed with Nascar and
loves #18 Kyle Busch.
• My daughter, Emily, is 9
years old and is a 4th grader
at my school. She takes
piano and voice lessons.
She also loves participating
in talent shows , plays, and
pageants.

5. My Husband and I
I can’t forget to mention my husband, because without him, I would not be
able to manage Graduate School on top of everything else. He is a good
father and my number one supporter.
