Introduction:
 Intervention - It is a sequence of planned
activities, actions and events intended to help an
organization to improve its performance and
effectiveness.
 It is a process by which change is
introduced into people’s thoughts, feelings and
behaviors.

 Focus/ Purpose
 Internal Support

Intergroup Intervention
 Intergroup interventions are integrated into OD programs to
facilitate cooperation and efficiency between different groups
within an organization.
