My internship was at a bike shop in American Fork, Utah. I performed various tasks like cleaning, repairs, and bike assembly. I helped customers and rearranged the showroom. This internship taught me bike mechanics and how bike shops operate. I learned the importance of teamwork and perseverance. I also learned from a mistake where I forgot to complete a checkout properly. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that also led to a job.

Due to this summer internship, I learnt every aspect of digital marketing include (business development process, content writing, social media). The company asks me to do their competitive research and told to found return on web USP. And research of our target segments digital habits. With the help of the research we got a flow of what are the major criteria’s we need to have. One had to identify various sectors in the market that actually have a need of digital marketing services. And then your task is to approach them before your competitors.
Digital marketing startup companies follow a standard process of approaching clients. There are certain steps which cannot be altered or skipped. These are followed in sequences and executed after evaluating the process again and again. In digital marketing your team should be strong enough to deliver what your client expecting, as under digital marketing everyone work is interconnected and with a team only one campaign can get ready.

A review of Research papers, articles is undertaken to take note of and acknowledge work that has been done in the field of web advertising as such. It was an amazing experience working virtually and on field. I came to many new terminologies of digital marketing, corporate world etc. The project contain the task which has been done by me during my internship as well as what I have learnt from it.

Adam Gregersen interned at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames, Iowa during the summer of 2011. His main responsibilities included mowing various areas around the stadium, aerifying and painting the sports fields. He also helped with minor projects like mulching and moving equipment. While most of the work went smoothly, there were a few mistakes, such as incorrectly painting hash marks and a mower wheel falling off. Construction of a new scoreboard caused some logistical challenges but was interesting to watch. Overall, the internship provided valuable hands-on experience in sports turf maintenance that Adam enjoyed and hopes to continue next summer.

To begin with, as a part of the curriculum a summer internship programme was to be conducted for a period of two months. Given a choice one was allowed to choose the field in which he/she was interested. As my interest and curiosity was in online or digital marketing I choose to work with a startup company named Return on web. Return on web is three year old Pune based online marketing & web development firm focused on providing you business-centric strategic solutions to the companies. I choose the startup company because with start I can explore myself and why digital marketing? Because it is booming industry, the growth of digital marketing is tremendous and expected to grow more.
Due to this summer internship, I learnt every aspect of digital marketing include (business development process, content writing, social media). The company asks me to do their competitive research and told to found return on web USP. And research of our target segments digital habits. With the help of the research we got a flow of what are the major criteria’s we need to have. One had to identify various sectors in the market that actually have a need of digital marketing services. And then your task is to approach them before your competitors.

- 1. Internship Summary Paper My internship was at Bike Peddler, a bike shop located in American Fork, Utah. While I was there I performed many different tasks and learned lots of skills. My main priority after I walked in the door was to clean and tidy the shop up and put all the tools away. I also helped with any repairs and tune-ups that needed to be done. I also was able to build bikes up out of the box so it was ready to be put onto the floor. Some special projects that I was able to participate in was rearranging the showroom floor and making it presentable. I was also able to help rebuild someone’s fork and adjust it to their size. My most important contribution to the shop was probably helping everything run as smoothly as possible. Many times a customer would walk through the door with a question and everyone else was busy but me. I think by having me there I was able to help people get helped faster. I always tried my best to be a contribution to the shop, not a bother. This internship has affected my growth in a number of ways. First of all, it has helped me gained knowledge on the mechanics and repair of many different kinds of bikes. It has also taught me how a shop is run and how we all need to work together as a team to help the shop run smoothly. I also learned that through hard work a lot can get done, and you can do most anything when you set your mind to it. An experience I had when I was working was when I had rang someone up on the register but I forgot to follow through with the checkout. The customer left and then I left so the other employees had no Idea how it happened. I kind of got in trouble but I learned from my mistake and was careful I always did it right after that.
