• Conduct prospective survey conducted on the
implementation of PracticeFusion electronic
medical record system within Beacher Medical
• Completed by 32 patients: 2 surveys per
patient(pre-post EMR).
• Analyze outcomes of surveys and develop viable
strategies to address complications and concerns.
In order to cause an increase of overall patient
medical clinic satisfaction and continuation of
care.
• EMR implementation produced a
positive effect via patient medical
clinic satisfaction and medical
record access.
• Future strategies include
conducting more patient medical
clinic surveys, and providing
knowledge to patients on how to use
EMR systems
