  1. Reagan-O’Neil 1. Bring your own values but don’t judge as the frames of reference or their reality is much different; 2. Educate yourself and learn as much as you can before and upon arriving such as: culture, people, etc. Especially simple phrases!!!! 3) Be curious, “seek to understand,” use Dale Carnegie message of “you can make more friends in two months by showing interest in them than you can in two years by trying to get people in interestd in you”
