The design for a smart board setup was disagreed with by a team for three key reasons: 1) the audience would not be able to see the presentation properly due to the layout, 2) it would be difficult for presenters to reach the computer, and 3) the overall setup would be hard to navigate.

As soon as the team saw the design all of them disagreed, not because how it
looks but because of other reasons. First can be the audience won’t able to see
the presentation properly, secondly it would be harder to us to reach the
computer and all so it’s just hard to navigate.
