- Rabobank Group reported net profit of EUR 1.08 billion for the first half of 2014, down 3% from the same period in 2013. Excluding a EUR 214 million bank resolution levy, net profit rose 17%.
- Net interest income increased 2% while operating expenses declined 7%. The efficiency ratio improved to 61.7%.
- Domestic retail banking profit fell 45% to EUR 341 million due to the resolution levy. Excluding this, profit declined 15%. Wholesale and international retail banking profit dropped 21% to EUR 389 million.
