If your company isn’t analyzing the millions and millions of megabytes of social data out there, you’re way behind on the game. And if you’re using that social data simply to measure numbers that don’t really say anything about your company’s value in the market, you’re doing it wrong. So what should you be measuring, and how should you use what you measure to improve your company? In this webinar, we’ll identify the kinds of social metrics that can be useful for your company, and discuss ways to use those numbers to improve the only thing that really matters: your customers’ experience. But moving from hard numbers to a top-of-the-line customer experience isn’t an easy process, especially if your company doesn’t already have a system in place.
Join us as our panelists discuss:
-The areas of social--including Twitter, blogs, and forums like Reddit--that you should be leveraging to gather information;
-What kinds of data to look at to determine how your brand is perceived and interacted with;
-Which tools and platforms work best to filter the data in a meaningful, readable way;
-How to use that data to predict your customers’ desires and proactively provide value to them before they know they need it.

About the CEO
Anthony Elliott Sylvester, Sr., CEO of Interface
Consulting Services, LLC. graduated from Alabama
A&M University in Normal, Alabama in 1971 and
attended University of Alabama Law School. Following
law school, he joined the Ecusta Paper Film Group
of Olin Corporation in Pisgah Forest, NC as a sales
trainee in March 1973. He was soon transferred
to Detroit, Michigan, a training territory for Ecusta.
Though there only for approximately three years,
under his leadership, the business more than tripled.
In 1975, he was promoted to National Accounts
Manager and moved to the New York area. Olin Corp.
assigned three salesmen to cover Mr. Sylvester’s
singly handled former territory, once he vacated it.
Some of the accounts he handled include Nabisco,
Tetley Tea, Lipton Tea, Whitehall Labs, etc.
Mr. Sylvester was promoted to Southern Regional
Manager for the paper group of Ecusta in 1980.
He successfully managed and grew this area for Ecusta
until joining Athens Paper Company in 1984 and
founding the Atlanta branch of the Publishing Division.
In the first three years alone, Mr. Sylvester personally
wrote nearly $19 million in business. Over the next ten
years, he grew the Atlanta branch to over $54 million.
Fast forward to 2005. In that year, Mr. Sylvester
founded Bright Paper Company in partnership with
Athens Paper Company. He relinquished his interest in
the partnership in 2005 to pursue other endeavors.
Interface Consulting Services, LLC was founded
in 2008 out of the desire to enhance the way
the mill, the merchant, and the customer interact.
Since its inception, Interface has prospered
by sticking to its unwavering core values of
quality, tailored, cost-effective paper program
management solutions, and a sincere interest in
its clients and their success. “Interface’s purpose
is to create a common ground for business.”
“...At Interface, you have the
advantage of years of experience
in all aspects of the paper
equation at your fingertips.”
