The presentation is a pitch to colleges, corporates & training institutes for Codelearn.org to partner with as content provider for Android training . A quick one line intro - the tutorial focuses on app development rather teaching concepts to newbies. Also - it forces people to actually create an app & only let them proceed if they have got the app right as instructed. We are in talks with BITS Pilani & IIT Madras to get the course included as a lab course alongside their mobile computing courses. In the meantime, I am looking to approach the big corporates’ training departments to check what they think of it. My intention is to be the ‘content partner’ for the Android training needs as our content is pretty well researched but it can not surely bypass the need of a mentor/instructor to look over the shoulder of guys getting trained. Our way of teaching has garnered good attention across the globe. Some of them are linked in the PPT attached. While the intro module of our tutorial is free, the subsequent modules are kept paid.
