personally and professionally, English is a necessity.
Saudi American Education Associates (SAEA)
Participants will be located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (Home of the 96’ Olympics); (SAEA) provides
customized Study Programs and various professional development programs for international
students. Our philosophy is to take the theory of English and put it into a practical application
utilizing all 4 English language skills: listening, speaking, writing and reading. At (SAEA) we create a
safe and fun learning environment where people can be exposed to not only English but American
culture through various activities.
This proposal outlines the scope of work including objectives, scope of services, costs and potential
benefits.
Objective:
Develop custom Volunteer English Program (SAEA-ENGLISH PROGRAM) for learners in which they
will acquire English language skills and professionalism through various activities.
Scope of Services: (Provided by SAEA)
Assessments of Students
- Assessment of students conducted at the school during program orientation

Community/Volunteer Activities
- Individual and group activities are created based on interests of applicants and availability of
programs. Activities encourages and understanding of American culture and English comprehension.

Potential Training Start Date: A specific date will be agreed upon by both parties once an
agreement to move forward is decided upon; by agreeing to the price and participants receive their
travel visa from the US embassy.

*Note:* English Sessions are 3 hours. Community & Volunteer activities are held inside and
outside of the school. Students will be asked about their interest/hobbies through a
questionnaire upon acceptance into the SAEA-English Program. During orientation, participants
will receive a full agenda of the Program.
Costs/Price
We present a customized and innovative program incorporating English classes, community activities
to practice English in a real life settings, accommodations and transportation to all related SAEA
events. Total length for the SAEA-English Program is from 1 month (4 weeks) or more depending on
the following elective courses: IT, Entrepreneurship, Management, Internship, Apprenticeship or
Sports and Recreation. The total price is $8,000 per participant.
*SAEA and B&R Global Business Management can also arrange these programs in your country for
both male and female learners.

Accommodations (Includes: 3 meals a day, wireless internet, fitness center & transportation with
a dedicated bus and driver. Hotel representative is fluent in English & Arabic. 15% occupancy tax
is excluded if booked for 30 days.
