Baggrund og erfaring med e-commerce, e-CRM og MultiChannel Marketing SoftwareArbejdet med CRM og digital kommunikation i 12 år hvoraf de seneste 8 år som rådgiver på konsulent på bureauUdover at jeg har rådgivet omkring CRM, relationsmarkedsføring, e-handel, e-business og e-kommunikation i de sidste 8 år har jeg også været med til at implementere flere store automatiserede løsninger
- 3 millioner danskere, stod bag 76 mio e-handelstransaktioner i 2011 til en værdi af 46 mia kr.Har tredoblet e-handel via mobiltelefon i løbet af to år Danskerne ligger på en andenplads i Europa når vi snakker e-handel
Rejser og kulturoplevelser er sammen med Tøj, sko og smykker de mest handlede varegrupper i 2.kvartal af 2012. I første kvartal af 2012 lå Rejser og kulturoplevelser også den mest solgtevarekategori.Film, musik og bøger er den tredje næst mest handlede varegruppe, og udgør 14 % af handlerne.
I trafikskabende aktiviteter er Search stadig størst og står for 44% af trafikken, men det er også dyrt og Google ændrer løbende sin algoritme så det er en evig opgave at få gode placeringer på ”naturallistings”.Derfor er der stor fokus på e-mail som en billig kontaktkanal.
Præmissen for at engagere og involvere dine kunder og kundeemner i din markedsføring og din kommunikation er under forandring. Fremadrettet er man nød til at være relevant og værdifuld i kommunikationen for den enkelte!
De marketingsansvarlige har fået nye værktøjer som helt afgørende for at kunne tilpasse den ny virkelighed, hvor fokus er på at bygge en relevant og værdifuld dialog med den enkelte kunde eller kundeemne.Fra e-mail programmer der kan skyde et stort antal e-mails afsted med segmenteret indhold, er der kommet flerecrosschannelmarketing management software værktøjer, som kan anvendes til at personalisere kommunikationen med den enkelte på tværs af kanaler.
Meget digital kommunikation er i dag baseret på historiske data om hvad en kunde har købt.Men det er jo ikke sikkert at det mersalgspotentiale som den enkelte kunde har en lig det produkt han allerede har købt!
Amazon bruger købsdata intelligent til at krydssælge relaterede produkter.
For at kunne opbygge en relevant og værdifuld relation til den enkelte kunde og kundeemne, er det nødvendigt at forstå de fremtidige behov bedre, således at man kan optimere: tilbud, timing og kanalenMen det er jo ikke sikkert at det mersalgspotentiale som den enkelte kunde har en lig det produkt han allerede har købt!Derfor vil der komme mere og mere fokus på at forstå fremtidige behov.Dialog er en vej, men adfærd er den anden vejUdfordringen ligger i at forstå hvad der er relevant for den enkelte kunde og bruge denne viden og indsigt til at bygge en relevant og i kundens øjne værdifuld dialog med den enkelte henover tid.

I dag er der flere som optimerer både frekvensen og indholdet/budskabet i fremadrettede e-mails ud fra åbningsrater i tidligere e-mails, links der er klikket på, så antallet af e-mails og indholdet henover tid tilpasses den enkelte kundes interesse og involvering i tidligere kommunikation
Amazon eksempelde er stadig er et rigtigt godt eksempel for en e-handels virksomhed som virkelig forstår at eliminere alle barriere i kundens øjne, som virkelig ser på den enkelte kunde udfra en relation og livstidværdi og ikke en transaktionEksempel med løbeskoFuld refund af sko og anbefalet porto 205,- Som køber ønskede jeg ikke at miste varen i returposten når skoene koster 900 kr.De ved at jeg fuld tryg ved at handle hos dem fordi de altid har kunden i fokus
Mange virksomheder bruger en stor del af marketingbudgettet på outbound kanalerne, og en lille andel går på inbound, men når man bruger så meget på at skabe trafik til ens inbound salgskanaler, så burde man bruge flere resourcer på at optimere inbound interessen til tilfredshed og mersalg
Digitale medier vokser hurtigt og har lige overhalet aviser – et år tidligere end forudset. Og er nu det næststørste reklamemedie.Ud af det globale reklamemarked er TV stadig det total dominerende medie med 46% af al spending. Digital har netop overhalet aviser og ligger nu på andenpladsen med 15,3% foran aviser med 14,4%.
Indtil nu har specialiseret sig i den enkelte displiner: web shop, e-mail marketing, etc. For at komme op på næste niveau er virksomhederne nød til at tænke på tværs af kanaler for at kunne høste effekten. Det vil nok kræve at man kigger på sin organisation for at se om den er skruet sammen til at optimere den nye crosschannel tankegang.
