Install the F2A2 app, enter credentials to access the job list and pending service tickets. Tickets can be closed by selecting a closing mode, providing details, and uploading photos. The app also allows viewing allocated devices, adding returned devices, and mapping devices by entering IDs and validating.

1. Install F2A2 App

2. Enter your EMP Code & Password

3. Click on ‘My Job List’ to check your
calls list

4. Pending calls Details

5. After Clicking on Service to check open
Tickets, you will receive below details

6. Click on Ticket to close

7. Select Mode of closing call

8. After scrolling the page you will get
below details, click on Pending

9. Click on Completed

10. Fill all these details

11. Insert Pics & click on Submit

12. Click the point as showed in arrow

13. Ticket closed

14. Use the same ticket closing procedure
for Installation, De-installation & DOA
as showed in service ticket

15. You will see the allocated devices list
which you will also be able to manage

16. Click on Allocated Devices

17. See your allocated devices here

18. You can add your returned devices
here

19. To add your returned device

20. Do as preferable

21. You will get multiple options in Select
Device

22. First Select the device & then make
action as per below options

23. Use this option for Mapping Devices

24. Enter TID & select forward arrow

25. Enter new device ID & select the
Validate option

26. Update – To update the version of F2A2 App
Logout – To logout from F2A2 App
