F2A2 INSTALLATION
TICKET STEPS
STEP 1:
Enter Employee and
Login into F2A2
application
Select My Job List
STEP 2:
Click On Installation tab.
Select your Installation
ticket.
OR
Search your Installation
ticket.
STEP 3:
After you select or search
your Installation ticket.
Ticket will get open.
Then make sure mapped
device id in ticket should be
matched with physical
device id then only continue
with below steps.
If device id found
mismatched, then report to
your ASM/TL.
STEP 4:
In ‘does the merchant use any
POS terminal other than
Mswipe?’
Select: YES/NO.
Then
Select DISPOSITION REMARK:
FOR STP SELECT AS INSTALLATION
COMPLETED.
AND FOR NSTP SELECT RELEVENT
DISPOSITTION.
Enter: FROM LOCATION
Enter: TO LOCATION
Enter: KM
Enter: TOTALAMOUNT
Enter: ACTION TAKEN/REMARK
VERIFY SHOP IMAGE
STEP 5:
After rechecking all the
details
Select any one option in
VERIFY SHOP
IMAGE.
STEP 6:
Upload: SHOP IMAGE
Upload: SHOP STICKER
IMAGE
Upload: SHOP IC COPY
IMAGE
After all correct details
click on SUBMIT.
STEP 7:
Select: AVAILABLE
USER ID AT SHOP FOR
RATINGS.
And click on ARROW
Then click on OK once
ticket updated successfully
