Kier Property sells Trade City
Kier Property has sold the recently completed Trade City scheme in Bracknell to Standard Life
Investments in a multimillion-pound deal.
The Berkshire estate, which incorporates 12 warehouse and industrial units across 59,381 sq ft, was
acquired for £11.5m.
Trade City is located on Western Road, in the centre of Bracknell's commercial district. The scheme
was pre-let to Edmundson Electrical, ATS Euromaster, The Colour Centre, Al Murad Tiles and UK
Power Reserve.
Pip Prongué, managing director south at Kier Property, said: "We are delighted with this sale, which
continues to demonstrate the strength and product value of the Trade City brand.
"It has developed over one million sq ft of trade counter and light industrial warehousing space across
the UK in the past three years and has a further one million sq ft plus in the pipeline."
