Meet & Greet
Stage one in your journey is meeting with your investment consultant who will
work closely with you to understand both your requirements and preferences
to ensure that we identify your ideal investment opportunity.
Processing
Once your property has been selected and you have chosen a solicitor from
our panel of dedicated legal advisors, SevenCapital’s Progress Chasing team
will liaise with the solicitor to ensure the 28-day exchange timeframe is met and
confirm legal exchange of contracts.
Completion
In preparation for project delivery, your solicitor will serve your 10 working days
notice of legal completion, and you will be invited to book your property hando-
ver appointment. During this stage, your property will be subject to a thorough
inspection to ensure it’s in perfect condition and all your fittings and appliances
are in full working order.
Aftercare
Following the handover of your property, our dedicated Aftersales team will be
on hand to help with any queries that may arise. The team offer a fully managed
rental service providing quality tenants to live at your property and will also
handle the resale process upon request.

SevenCapital build their property pipeline in excess of £1Billion.
Based in Hong Kong, John was responsible for setting up Seven-
Capital’s first overseas office in Dubai and continues to oversee
expansion across the Middle East and into new Asian markets.
William is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with previous experience
as an Associate Director at a multinational property advisory firm.
Joining SevenCapital in 2016, William runs the Dubai operation
based in Emaar Square with a primary focus on Private Banks,
Wealth Management & Real Estate Advisory firms across the GCC.
Working for some of the largest multinational developers across
Europe and the Middle East, Johnny is a founding team member
