• What color is the bottle plastic?
• You have 1 second
• If you cannot tell, the sorting machines cannot
identify the plastic either!

• Closure plastic floats in water, PET sinks
• Label designed to float, label ink is laminated and
will not contaminate wash water
• Label exposes PET bottle for NIR and color
sortation
• Adhesive stays on label or washes off PET and is
dispersed in wash water
