I believe that people should spend their time, money and energy on things that matter to them and to others. For me, entrepreneurship and innovation are great ways to do that and this why I want to motivate as many people as possible to try it out and take the next step in their lives.
I left the company that i founded a few months ago. Right now in my orientation phase doing all kinds of side projects and freelance gigs, consulting, training, etc. that I care about. Everything with the focus on meaningful stuff.MAK3it: worked with almost half of DAX companies and many SMB in topic of innovation and corporate entrepreneurship, Success cases are Global Innovation Programme from Bayer and Bosch, Digihubs?Innovation Kickbox: Or flagship product that helps to scale mindset change and intrapreneurship, Success Case are Dozecare, Sattelfest or corporate culture learning game from aliGoogle: Mentor for more than 100 teams for Google, Startplatz, hubraum and more; Success cases are Koawach or eparkomat
Fast-forward into the future to see your finished product and customer reactions
Shortcut to learning for a interdisciplinary team without building and launching
High uncertainty and not much time
Sprints allow you to compress months of work into a few days of focus and productivity.
Product team members and stakeholders work together on solving a problem, and this allows a deeper understanding of each other’s work.
You’ll get a feedback on new product ideas before building anything.
You can get deep dive problem solving without any bigger distractions. Thats so much worth when you think about the most complex isusses in you business
http://time.com/3858309/attention-spans-goldfish/
Work before and do important stuff
Friday from 9 am
Block calendar and work with away messages
Decider like CEO is on board, preferably the whole time
People with deep know how about users, customers and the problem are on board
Respect and attention
Getting shit done
Go out and do whatever you want
Use it in breaks and on prototyping/testing day or to show the team something
Done is better than perfect
reduce discussions
Creativity through constraints
Empty your cache
Everybody stick to it
Hard to change in the middle
Getting started is better than being right → takes time to train people on the process, you might be wrong on the first time
A full-stack sprint team with a real decider and prototyping skills → Protoyping requirements have to fit in one day
A neutral facilitator that is mindful to the group dynamics and resistance to the process → state the mindset in the beginning and ask always it it’s OK to move on → Ben: tag 1 der härteste, überall note and vote nutzen und gruppen-brainstorming vermeiden; map vorzeichnen durch F und nicht zu viel Zeit darauf geben; Tilo: Autorität und fokus der TN behalten
Focus on must do, and not nice to haves to test
Be direct but try to catch everybody
