Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) is a condition
seen in people who have had multiple head traumas.
They develop abnormalities similar to Alzheimer’s
disease, but at much younger ages.
7. FALL PREVENTION
Follow these tips to prevent falls (and injuries):

Get regular eye examinations.
Remove tripping hazards.
Prevent slips when outside, particularly in bad
weather.
Wear low-heeled, rubber-soled shoes.
Place skid-proof backs on loose rugs.
Install grab bars and place non-skid mats for the tub
and shower.
Install lighting.
