This document discusses six categories of intimate technology that can be in, on, or around our bodies: 1) Implants that can be placed under the skin to improve human performance. 2) Wearables that can be worn on the body and complement our senses with environmental data. 3) Attachables that can be attached to the skin and provide insight into body data like heart rhythm. 4) Surroundables that are everyday objects equipped with smart technology, like trash cans or medicine boxes. 5) Augmentables that combine body data with external information. 6) Biohackables that convert body data into a digital ID and can be swallowed or implanted.
