Influxbot, a U.K registered company, develops bots and artificial intelligence solutions, to help people and corporations
solve current problems faced with digital campaign management and customer services. Influxbot ltd is the initiative of
two entrepreneurs who have long careers working in the IT and digital industries. Influxbot Ltd qualifies for the SEIS
(Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme).
The initial idea came when Influxbot CEO Gustavo De Amorim realized that artificial intelligence could be used to aid
social listening, while working as a Digital Campaign Manager in his previous work. An AI Bot can do what humans
cannot do: Answer 100s, or more, people at the same time.

through diverse major messaging applications, such as
WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Furthermore, as of
early 2018, about 1.4 billion people used messenger
applications and are rapidly willing to converse with a
chatbot, which is expected to have a positive impact on
the market growth over the forecast period.
•Chatbots are poised to grow at a significant rate, owing to
which the companies are ready to adopt the technology to
their existing business portfolio. For example, in late 2017,
Oracle conducted a survey with about 800 marketing
professionals, out of which 80% were planning to execute
the integration of chatbot in next 30 months.

convenience has been one of the major issues identified

Influxbot Artificial Intelligence platform
Influxbot uses a Natural Language Processing (NLP) system and word tokenization with Python. Word
tokenization is the process of splitting a large sample of text into words. This is a requirement in
natural language processing tasks where each word needs to be captured and subjected to further
analysis like classifying and counting them for a sentiment etc.

Influxbot algorithms are created based on contextualization, using tags, patterns and responses, making easier handling of
dialogue structures. For example:
“tag”: “rental”,
“patterns”: [“Can I rent a car?”, “I’d like to rent a car” …],
“responses”: [“Are you looking to rent today or later this week?”],
“context set”: “rental day”
If another intent wants to be contextually linked to a context, it can do that:
