This document summarizes an experimental study on strengthening reinforced concrete short corbels by bonding carbon fiber fabric layers. Eight test specimens were cast and strengthened with different carbon fiber fabric configurations. The study examined the influence of fabric layers on the ultimate load capacity, failure mode, and strain distribution. Specimens strengthened with 1-2 layers of fabric bonded to the front and rear faces showed an increase in ultimate load of 35-82% compared to the unstrengthened specimen. Specimens strengthened with 1-3 layers of wrapping fabric also exhibited increased ultimate loads, with 3 layers providing the optimal strength increase of over 80%.
