women across Nigeria with various on-demand tech skills over 2 cohorts of the DigiGirls
training program.
Between January to June 2022, DigiGirls has successfully introduced selected graduate and
less-educated women across socio-economic classes to skills that will help them get
good jobs -some of whom are already employed!
As one of the expert facilitators who partnered with Cybersafe, I developed and delivered an extensive hands-on course on Content Marketing & Copywriting.
2,200 women took the training in January over 4 recorded and 1 live class while in June, 4,400 women learnt in 3 recorded and 2 live sessions over 2 weeks in order to enable the students practice what they learnt.
Over 1,000 submissions were received within 2 weeks in response to the class activities and project. Over 200 participants have started blogging and posted engaging social media content across platforms based on what they learnt.
