This document examines import and export trends between India and China from 2009-2014. It shows that while India's imports from China have steadily increased, reaching over $60 billion in 2013-2014, India's exports to China have remained lower, around $16 billion. The top imports from China to India are electronic appliances, mechanical appliances, organic chemicals, and fertilizers, while the top exports from India to China are cotton, copper, ores, and mineral fuels.
