We participated in a design contest focused on water scarcity. We chose to raise awareness about water scarcity among our school, neighboring schools, and surrounding community. We created banners with messages about saving water, planting trees, and conserving rainwater. The banners were displayed in our school, neighborhood, bus stops, and railway station. We also gave a speech and performed a drama about water scarcity, and showed an experiment demonstrating how saving a small amount of water can ultimately save a large quantity of water.
