display their location, date received,
description and identification. And
when an item is removed or assigned
a new location, a signature can be collected as well as the date and
time. Each item may have comments and notes added to its delivery
or movement record to show special information such as damage,
markings, serial numbers, and other relevant details. Asset Tracking
can maintain a basic inventory of items commonly distributed by
the mail center, allowing you to receive, monitor and deliver all your
supplies. Detailed locations can even be broken down by room,
section, rack and shelf.
