1) As it was given to understand by you that in private sector there will be no interference of the state
government for installing the solar plant or unit. Kindly email me the proof or evidence to convince
the clients further.
Srinergy Response – Not clear on the question but let me try to answer the question. We can set up the
captive solar systems for the private sector where they can take advantage of central subsidies and
depreciation of the solar systems in their books. If the private sector financials are good we can explore
the opportunities of US Exim bank and also local banks like SBI for infrastructure loans.
Regarding proof or evidence to convince customers, once we have an electricity bill from the customer
we can run some financials to show them the energy generated by the solar system that is going to be
installed at the private customer location.
2) Do suppliers or dealers receive different grades of panels than large commercial customers or solar
plants?
Srinergy Response – Yes. The panel grades will change based on the customer or solar plants.
3) For getting registration in Government sectors a company need many paper formalities which has
to provide by the principal only, Do it possible for you to provide it?
Srinergy Response – Yes we can provide it. We are a USA based company, so not sure what the
formalities are.
4) Does your company have any registration with any state government in India?
Srinergy Response – No. Our strategy is to make our Dealers register their respective companies in the
states that they are doing business. Our business strategy is to help the dealers register their companies
in the state government approved list.
5) What is the term photovoltaic (PV) and how many varieties are there in this trade can you explain?
Srinergy Response – There are 3 different types of PV: Mono-Crystalline, Poly-Crystalline and Thin Film.
6) If there is a power outage, will the power from solar electric system runs? Do you offer something
like a Solar Generator System?
Srinergy Response – For smaller systems, we provide batteries that act as Solar Generator Systems. For
larger systems, we don’t need solar generator systems. We can provide training regarding this to your
staff once you become a dealer.
7) What is the quality of your panel and your comparison to competitors?
Srinergy Response – We have already provided our panel specifications. As I mentioned previously, we
have the best panel efficiency with respect to square footage. Please let us know if you have any
specific questions.
8) How many solar electric panels would one need to completely power their house or apartment?
Srinergy Response – We would need anywhere from 2 to 10 Solar Panels depending on the electric bill
of the house or apartment. We can teach you as part of the training on how to find the number of
panels required to completely power the house or apartment.

9) What is the corporate culture and level of expertise for Srinergy Solar?
Srinergy Response – We have years of international experience with respect to Solar for both
commercial and residential customers. We are currently doing business in the US and West Indies.
10) Does it make sense to install a solar system if someone is moving in a couple of years? Will it be
possible to re-install the same system to the other place?
Srinergy Response – Yes we can re-install the same system at another place. It’s very easy and we will
teach as part of dealership training.
11) What is the lifespan of the solar modules? What is Srinergy Solar’s Warranty on panels?
Srinergy Response – Our solar panels lifespan is 25 years and comes with a 25 years warranty.
12) When it is cloudy or foggy, will the solar electric system still work?
Srinergy Response – System will work when it is cloudy or foggy but the performance of the system will
be low.
13) Is the weight too much for the old houses or apartments which are not made up with RCC. How
much does a panel weigh?
Srinergy Response – Each panel weighs around 35 Kgs and 27 sq.ft. We don’t see any issues because the
weight is 2 kg per sq. ft.
14) How long does it take to install a solar electric system in different sizes?
Srinergy Response – Solar systems installations can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 months depending
on the size of the solar system. We will cover this in our training.
15) Are there any disadvantages or medical draw-backs in using solar energy?
Srinergy Response – I am not clear on this question.
16) During the AMC how frequently does a technical visit is required?
Srinergy Response – Operating and Maintenance can be managed remotely without going to the site.
Visiting the site is not necessary all the time.
17) Do the panels need cleaning periodically?
Srinergy Response – Yes. Frequent cleaning is recommended and we will provide training about this as
part of dealership training.
18) What back-up will you provide to us for endorsement and marketing for this system as a principal
company in U.P.?
Srinergy Response – We are always there to support our dealers on both the marketing and technical
aspect of the business.
19) Do we need to have a sample of this system for providing know-how to our clients?
Srinergy Response – As part of the dealership launch, at our cost, we are going to install a sample
system. This sample system should help tremendously with sales.
20) Have your dealership format support exclusive territories system?
Srinergy Response – Our dealership model is non-exclusive.

21) When its required to get financed by US Exim Bank for any particular project what will be the
process and rate of Interest, will it be possible for the bank to finance the NGO's, Government and
some Elite Projects.
Srinergy Response – The US Exim Bank can finance both Government and Private customers.
22) Do you insist your dealer offer your products and services exclusively?
Srinergy Response – We want our dealers to sell our products and services exclusively since we are
providing training and our goal is to make all our dealers successful through our sales and marketing
efforts. We have certain targets for each dealer in each state and we are going to work together to
achieve those targets.
