This document proposes a new product called the iFix, a small, portable diagnostic tool that can provide tech support and fixes for Apple products using a satellite connection or wireless technology. The iFix would be powered by solar cells integrated into its touch display and encased in recycled materials. It would have an onboard memory to store a history of issues and solutions, and could provide fixes immediately if the same problem occurred again on a device. Being solar-powered, portable, and able to fix most Apple product problems remotely makes the iFix a unique solution that could support users 24/7 in an environmentally friendly way.

3. iFix - Features
As engineers design hardware & software, they would come across errors in the
testing phase. As solutions are found, it will be sent to a satellite data base
allowing the iFix to have continuously up-to-date information
iFix would keep an on-board memory, maintaining a history of errors that have
already occurred on a device. Should the same problem occur again, it would be
able to provide a solution immediately
Being solar powered makes this device truly portable, freed from the need for
wires to connect to power
Keeping in line with Apple’s vision regarding its environmental footprint, plastic
components, such as the product casing would be made from recycled material
(e.g. water bottles)
