This document contains payroll information for nine employees of CV. Radja including their position, marital status, number of children, basic salary, job allowance, child allowance, pension fund deductions, health fund deductions, tax deductions and net salary. It provides the basic salary and formulas for calculating job allowances at 10% for managers, 8.5% for marketing staff, 7.5% for other staff and 5.5% for general staff as well as child allowances at 15% per two children. Net salary is calculated as basic salary plus job and child allowances minus pension, health fund and tax deductions.
