6. Speaking Tips
• Try to expand your replies, don’t be too short of words. For example;
if the examiner asks you, “Do you like swimming?”. Your answer
shouldn’t be like this, “Yes.” Extend your answer by telling the reason
for your answer. You must say, “Yes, I love swimming. Actually, its

“Moreover”, “Also”, “In addition”, “So”, “Either”, “Neither”.
• These words make your speech more natural and coherent.
• Try to use synonyms. Don’t use the same word in every sentence. For
example; “I think”, don’t use it in every sentence. Say, “I guess”, “In
my opinion”, “According to me”.

9. Speaking Tips
• The examiner would ask you to describe something such as your
hometown or workplace. In such questions, you would have a chance
to show off your English language proficiency. You can make use of a
range of tenses, such as present perfect, past perfect and future
tenses. This would get you more scores.
• Try practicing by watching interviews on Youtube. Listen to their
words and sentences closely and notice their body language.
