This document discusses the author's qualifications and aspirations for leadership. It begins by establishing that the author is determined to continuously develop and expand their skill set. 3. ON LEADERSHIP
A Leader is whom, without the obligation of doing so, takes the
command of a team driving it through a series of challenges in
order to achieve a goal set by himself or that is needed by a
majority.

5. SOCIAL PILLAR
➢ Since I was a child, i have been always
seeking human contact, verbal, spoken or
written, I have the necessity of
communicate and treat with people. I am a
very open and sincere person with those I
have at least a bit of confidence, that is
why, since I go to the kinder garden, I tend
to make friends, and create new
relationships with anyone I can, which has
reached me a lot about people and myself.
➢ One of the main qualities of a leader is to
create strong bonds that strengthen a team.
That way, the team will be able to work
effectively and thrive united through the
threats of any endeavour given. Being able
to establish the right coordination with his
team and with other leaders is a must, in
order to empathise and understand the
emotional state of people.

6. PRAGMATIC PILLAR
➢ As a kid, I had many difficulties with my
academic life due to ADD, that made me a
utilitarian individual. Due my social skills I
was endorsed with more responsibilities in
school and at home, dealing with different
friend’s issues and taking care of my younger
siblings, training the ability of being a
practical person. The climax came when I
had to coordinate as a stage manager a theatre
play in my school with 150 people going
around, then I realised that I was followed
and heard by my colleagues as well as the
teachers who agreed to make me responsible.
➢ A leader must, in order to make his team
work efficiently as a unit and don’t waste
time nor resources, go to the point and
dispatch any minor issue quickly enough.
But having an organised mind and knowing
how to put things in perspective requires
another important pillar.

7. PHILOSOPHICAL PILLAR
➢ Maturity not only gave me experience
but hunger for wisdom and knowledge
that led me to one of my passions,
philosophy. It’s study gives me the ability
to create a path through life and makes
me rethink status quo, always helping me
to create a more refined and enriched
version of myself.
➢ In order for a leader to be able to put in
context the different situations that he
must face, the reason and the logos will
always be his most effective tools. Both
will help him to fight lies and ingenuity,
as well as improving him, enlightening a
new spectrum of life, the spectrum of
what Nietzsche would call Übermensch,
the “Superman”.

FORWARD
This XXI century concerns
me a lot, and I see myself
in the need of involving in
the global affairs.
The rise of extreme
ideologies, the lack of
democratic philosophy
and the banalization of
the global issues is
splitting people apart.

10. THE WIDER SPECTRUM
My leadership set of skills are, from my point of view, the key tool that I
can use to make the best for the world I live in. There is where IE comes in
to play, in order to use a tool effectively, I must master the art of it, and
the International Relations bachelor is not only the field I want to get
involved in, but the place where I can give my best and make the most.
