OVERVIEWThe new pavilion is a hub that promotes Italian creativity and excellence through products, services and cultural events focused in the
fields of design, architecture, art, fashion, antiques, food & beverage.
ITALIAN LIVING EXPERIENCE covers an area of over 250 square meters in the main landmark of design and fashion in London, and it
was created by the collaboration of Italian companies, leaders in their respective fields.The Neighborhood Becomes District.
Design is a key element for the District Italian Made of Furniture, Fashion and Food Handicraft Luxury Sector, to become more
competitive and to compete in the global market. Design plays a strategic role due to its ability to drive current production, to guide
and to influence lifestyles and needs and to satisfy new ones and, at the same time, it is a diversification tool in response to market’s
changes. Design is also conceived as a viral tool and a development driver of a sector which is able to pervade the whole District
Area, beyond the area of expertise of the Handicraft Luxury Sector, could be a driving force in renewal and territorial redevelopment
and could provide an important resource to accede to an international circuit of knowledge, information and market’s sectors,
bringing experience and expertise rooted in the country itself. To meet this challenge will be indispensable a broad vision and a
holistic approach to this issue and a strategic plan on a large scale, which is on one hand the essential cultural preamble, on the other
important element for feasible planning of short term actions. We’ve had a Idea for the Italy Design District in London for years and
we’ve been working towards realizing that Business. During the process, there have been many turning points.
First, there was the importance of establishing the community as an International Center for Italian Made of Furniture, Fashion and
Food Handicraft Luxury Sector. With the affiliation of Artisans of furniture, clothing, accessories, Companies of Excellence Food and
with several established designers, we develop a collections “and incorporate them into a Brand we will be able to show the lifestyle
of the Brand of the Luxury Made in Italy”. Design, Fashion and Food Brands are already present on Design London’s show floor, Italy
Design District, will work to bring everything except this, and import the design excellence by our Designers and Handicrafts Sector.
London a place that for lust Hundred Year’s has been providing a vital contribution to cultural of International Business, a place full of
charm and culture, a world accustomed to anticipate trends, where art, fashion, design and food live together.
We focus to open the First Flagship in The Center of London, with the ultra-luxury fashion areas furnished, with bar cafes is a plaza
to encourage lingering the Visitors and a cultural programming in many ways, Marketing Developments, including an exhibitions
program and a public art and design program.

Mode 1200 Architectural and interior design studio in London
will maximize time, quality and costs in the development and
implementation of the projects for our customers.

the best of the Italian Design, craft and industry.
Wewillbethepersonsinchargetogivecustomersquality,reliability
and certainty.
Together we can reach those goals that only with key partners can
be achieved, as today’s customers increasingly demanding need to
know about service and safety, hence be sure you have identified
the right vendor for your purchase, and will give him a service that
is truly a 360 degrees.
The first six months of 2015 (January 1/30 June) will be needed to
implement this project and have a tangible proof of the potential
that can arise from this development.
