Before we dive into the projects. I would like to share the results of the residential survey DDP conducted last fall.
DDP surveyed residents from Grand Circus Park as a target sample of the downtown population.
Our results demonstrated
Almost half of residents in GCP residences live and work downtown, these residents walk to work or use the people mover.
followed by 37% of residents living DT and commuting to suburban communities to work
overwhelming, 99% of surveyed residents desire food market, bodega style retail.
These results help shape our planning strategies as well as provide market information to our development stakeholders.

Initially, this Innovation Center will be staffed by approximately 50 people including existing Lear employees reassigned from our Southfield Campus and students from CCS and WSU.

This is a look at the three-tiered grand atrium.
Bright and inviting, it presents the essence of General Motors brands and vehicles, creating a spacious grand environment for events and galas.
218 apartments: 85 of which are to be affordable units — is 260 square feet. The remaining 133 units will be market-rate, although the exact rents for those have not yet been determined.
