ICP is an employers’ platform, founded in 2009 with the mission to improve the working and living environment for internationals in The Netherlands and thereby, improving the investment climate for the employers.
ICP conducts research amongst global talent in NL and analyses gaps between expected and actual offer of opportunities and services. ICP comes up with practical solutions to close these gaps in the glocal (labour) market.
