AerCap (Ireland) Sells Second Aircraft Portfolio to NCB Capital
AerCap Holdings N.V. announced that it has signed an agreement to
sell a 19-aircraft portfolio to Dara Aviation an Irish entity
established by NCB Capital. NCB Capital has $40bn of assets under
management and is the brokerage arm of the National Commercial
Bank, the largest bank in Saudi Arabia. This is the second portfolio
acquired by NCB Capital from AerCap following their purchase of
21 aircraft in 2017, which AerCap services. The 19-aircraft portfolio
consists of a mix of wide-body and narrow-body aircraft on lease
to airlines around the world. As part of the sale, Dara has
appointed AerCap as exclusive Servicer. AerCap will provide lease
management services including aircraft technical management,
lease administration and marketing services.
Executive Commentary
"We are very pleased to work with NCB Capital on this second
innovative transaction. It reaffirms the attractiveness of our
aviation assets globally and the reach and scale of the AerCap
platform," said CEO of AerCap. "With this sale, AerCap will
have sold or contracted to sell approximately $1.4bn of mid-life
assets to NCB since 2017. We thank NCB Capital for the
confidence they have placed in AerCap and we look forward to
working with the NCB Capital team for many years to come."

Delta (USA) completes 10 percent investment to deepen joint
venture partnership with Korean Air
Delta has completed the acquisition of a 10 percent equity stake in
Hanjin-KAL, the largest shareholder of Korean Air. This investment
furthers Delta’s strategy of building equity stakes in its global
partners and demonstrates the airline’s commitment to the success
of its joint venture with Korean Air.Delta and Korean Air operate
the industry’s most robust trans-Pacific joint venture, providing
customers with seamless access to more than 290 destinations in the
U.S. and over 80 destinations in Asia, including the partnership’s
award-winning hub at Seoul-Incheon (ICN). The partnership is
contributing to Delta’s first year-over-year growth in the Asia
Pacific region since 2012, with new service launched earlier this
year between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Seoul, as well as Seattle and
Osaka, operated in partnership with Korean Air. Additionally,
Korean Air has launched new service linking Boston with Seoul.

Aeroflot (Russia) ranks No 1 by punctuality among Europe’s largest

Aeroflot ranks first by punctuality among Europe’s largest airlines in August 2019, according to UK’s two major
providers of global travel data and insight – Flightstats and OAG. As revealed by Flightstats, part of Cirium,
supplier of real-time global flight data to companies and individuals across the travel ecosystem, Aeroflot operated
89.5% of its mainline flights on schedule in August 2019. According to monthly OAG On-Time Performance
Report, Aeroflot ranked first among European aviation heavyweights posting a similar result of 89.0% of
on-schedule flights in August 2019. This outcome improves on that of July, which stood at 86.7%. The leading
Russian carrier remains one of the most punctual among the world’s top airlines by flight operations. In terms of
on-time performance Aeroflot is steadily ahead of not only major European competitors but also a number of Asian
and Middle Eastern premium airlines.Earlier, Aeroflot received five-star punctuality rating from OAG, becoming
the only Russian and the largest European airline by passenger traffic to receive the highest score. Aeroflot made it
to the only 10% of On-Time Performance Star Ratings to receive the highest five-star rating.

Aeroflot has received Five Star Global Airline rating from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX)
for the third year in a row. Aeroflot remains the only Russian airline awarded with the coveted international status.
It is indicative of Aeroflot’s high level of customer service and scale of operations, in line with many of the world’s
premium carriers. Aeroflot’s 5-Star ranking was extended through 2020 on 9 September in Los Angeles, USA at a
ceremony held as part of APEX EXPO, the industry’s largest PaxEx event. Aeroflot has reconfirmed its ranking in
the most prestigious Global Airline category in the APEX Official Airline Ratings, covering airlines with a large
number of wide-body aircraft and a global route network. As of 2019, just 25 airlines have Five Star Global Airline
status from APEX.The APEX Official Airline Ratings™ is based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and
insights gathered through APEX’s partnership with TripIt® from Concur®, the world’s highest-rated
travel-organizing app. Using a five-star scale, more than one million flights were rated by passengers across nearly
600 airlines from around the world between 1 July 2018 and 30 June 2019.

Air Canada's consistently strong share price performance has been recognized in the inaugural TSX30, a new
program highlighting top performing stocks on the Toronto Stock Exchange over a three-year period. The airline's
inclusion underscores its successful transformation, which has resulted in a stock price appreciation of
approximately 365 per cent over the past three years. Since beginning its transformation in April 2009, Air Canada's
shares have appreciated by more than 5,400 per cent.The announcement that Air Canada is an inaugural member of
the TSX30 follows on Moody's Investors Service's recent decision to upgrade Air Canada's Corporate Family
Rating to Ba1 from Ba2. In issuing its upgrade, Moody's stated the higher rating "reflects Air Canada's stronger
financial profile, whereby the company has continued to reduce leverage and has strengthened its flexibility".
Earlier this year, Standard & Poor's similarly upgraded Air Canada's rating to 'BB+' from 'BB' citing lower financial
risk.

consecutive year, Air France-KLM is at the top of the DJSI Europe and World Index and regained the top position

American Airlines wins two prestigious awards based on feedback from business travelers. Last week, American was awarded
Best North American Airline in Asia Pacific for the second year in a row at the region's most prestigious travel awards hosted by
Business Traveller Asia-Pacific. The recognition is based on the votes of approximately 30,000 of the magazine's subscribers,
who are among the region's most frequent business travelers. “Asia Pacific is a fiercely competitive market, and we're proud to

Canadian Pacific presented G3 Pasqua with the 2018-2019 crop-year Elevator of the Year award. CP presents this
award annually to the grain elevator that achieves high volumes from a single loading point while consistently
demonstrating efficient railcar loading and a strong commitment to safety.G3 Pasqua, located east of Moose Jaw,
Sask., is a valued stakeholder and an integral network component to CP. CP launched its first 8,500-foot High
Efficiency Product (HEP) train, comprised of new, highly efficient hoppers cars, at the Pasqua facility in December
2018.CP presented the inaugural Elevator of the Year award in April 2019 to Southwest Terminal near Gull Lake,

Great Place to Work® and Fortune have named Delta Air Lines as one of the country's Best Workplaces for Women, the
third year in a row the airline has earned this honor. The list considered employee surveys from hundreds of businesses in
all sectors of the economy. The ranking gauged women's assessment of their organizations' culture, leadership, fairness
and other elements essential for a great workplace. Delta placed 67th on the list and is the only airline to be included.To
determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more
than 4.6 million U.S. employees. Most of the ranking is based on what women themselves report in a 60-question "Trust
Index" survey about their workplace, and how fairly those experiences compare to men's reports of the same
workplaces.Fifteen percent of the remaining rank is based on how well represented women are in the workforce and
throughout management, considering industry trends. To be considered, at a minimum, companies need to employ at least
50 women, at least 20 percent of their non-executive managers need to be female, and at least one of their executives needs
to be female.

Dow Jones Sustainability Index: For the ninth consecutive year, Delta has earned a spot in the transportation section of the DJSI
North America Index. More than 600 companies were invited to participate in the index evaluation, which included a review of each
company's corporate governance, social efforts and environmental strategy.

Delta received an IMPACT Award at the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta's 22nd Annual IMPACT Awards on Sept. 18, at
the Georgia World Congress Center. The IMPACT award was presented to Delta in the category of Business-to-Nonprofit for its
work with Atlanta Public Schools.The theme for this year's event was "Global Reach-Local Impact," and Delta's partnership with
Atlanta Public Schools certainly exhibits that mantra that's now in the third year of a five-year partnership where Delta
contributed $500,000 for literacy and wellness programming. The goal is to impact third grade reading levels at two South Atlanta
cluster schools: Dobbs Elementary School and Hutchinson Elementary School. Delta volunteers serve as Reading Buddies by
going into the schools and spending time with students to not only help them learn to read at the appropriate grade level, but to
be another adult that the students can count on and someone who is cheering them on. Delta volunteers also provide virtual
reading assistance through the TutorMate program and employees help with the Robotics programs to provide STEM initiatives.
In addition to educational programming, volunteers help host holiday events for students, and Delta holds a coat drive each year
where employees donate hundreds of coats to students.

recognition and recording system, and the system’s installation for demonstration testing aboard the cruise ship "Nippon

incorporating MOL’s knowledge and applying artificial intelligence (AI) deep learning technology, allowing it to recognize
surrounding vessels. The system recognizes and automatically records vessels with high accuracy using a terminal equipped
with a graphic processing unit (GPU) and ultrahigh-resolution cameras. The image recognition technology, which can be used
even at night or during other periods of poor visibility, can detect small vessels (*) that are not recognizable by vessel

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd., Japan Bank for International Cooperation and PAO NOVATEK signed a
Cooperation Agreement for LNG Transshipment Projects in Kamchatka and Murmansk, the east and west of
the Russian Federation. The Projects will construct floating storage units ("FSUs") to transship LNG cargoes
from ice-breaking LNG ships to conventional LNG ships. The FSUs will be located in Kamchatka and in
Murmansk and will be used for the transshipment of LNG cargoes produced by NOVATEK’s Yamal LNG
Project and Arctic LNG 2 Project. By utilizing transshipment hubs in Kamchatka and Murmansk, marine
transportation costs of LNG cargoes coming through the Northern Sea Route will be optimised. Furthermore,
the Projects enable timely and stable delivery of LNG cargoes to LNG consumer countries.

NYK has concluded a 25-year contract with Van Phong Power Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Sumitomo Corporation for the transport of coal for the Van Phong coal-fired power project to be newly constructed
in Vietnam. Shipments will begin from 2023, and the volume is expected to be up to 3.4 million tons annually. The
coal will be transported mainly from Australia and Indonesia for a new coal-fired power plant in the Van Phong
Special Economic Zone in Vietnam’s KhanhHoa province. It has been reported that Vietnam’s future supply of
electricity may not be adequate to meet the demands of the country’s rapid economic growth, so NYK expects these
fuel transportation contracts will help ensure a stable energy supply. In accordance with its new medium-term
management plan “Staying Ahead 2022 with Digitalization and Green” announced last year, the NYK Group is
meticulously controlling its exposure to market conditions by maintaining and expanding long-term contracts in the
dry bulk division. NYK will continue its effort to contribute to reliable energy supplies through safe transportation
and the expansion of business that generates stable revenue and is resistant to volatile market conditions.

NYK has entered into a capital and business tie-up with Toyokoh Inc. to develop business that will be able to make use of
Toyokoh’s epoch-making CoolLaser® technology within the maritime field for improved maintenance. Equipment at
terminals and steel used on a ship’s deck are susceptible to rust due to the harsh outdoor ocean environment, which can
lead to corrosion arising from severe salinity, temperatures, humidity, and ultraviolet rays, all exacerbated by scratches
resulting from wear from cargo loading, etc. During voyages, crew members usually remove rust with power tools and
then repaint. But a tremendous amount of repetitive work is required, and the repair does not remain in good condition for
long. In August 2018, NYK signed a memorandum of understanding with Toyokoh to jointly examine the development of
a corrosion-prevention business, and technical experiments conducted afterward have confirmed the benefits of reducing
the on-deck maintenance workload of crew members, extending the lives of ships and equipment (thus reducing lifecycle
costs), and reducing environmental loads during dry-dock. NYK will seek to use its expertise and accumulated data to
introduce the CoolLaser® technology into the maritime field with the aim to realize and commercialize more advanced
maintenance methods making use of ICT and automation in the future.

Woolworths Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer have revamped their decade long partnership to make the tie-up simpler, faster
and more rewarding for millions of members. The conversion rate from Woolworths Rewards to Qantas Frequent Flyer points
will increase by close to 15 percent. It means 2,000 Woolworths Rewards Points will now convert to 1,000 Qantas Points, up from
870 points. Woolworths Rewards members will also benefit from faster access to their Qantas Points, with conversions to be
processed automatically when members hit 2,000 Woolworths Points rather than once every three months. Customers can earn
Woolworths Rewards Points at Woolworths, BIG W, BWS and participating Caltex and Caltex Woolworths co-branded fuel
outlets.Woolworths and Qantas are also making it easier for customers to opt-in to points conversion. For the first time, Qantas
customers can link their accounts and sign up for Woolworths Rewards on the Qantas website. Woolworths Rewards has also
introduced a simplified two-click process for Qantas conversions on its website.Woolworths Rewards members who do not wish
to opt-in to Qantas Points conversion will continue to save $10 on their next eligible shop at Woolworths, BWS, BIG W and

JetBlue, New York’s Hometown Airline®, announced that the airline is converting its fleet of baggage tractors and
belt loaders – the largest part of its ground service equipment fleet at New York’s JFK International Airport – to
electric powered. With support from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the New York Power
Authority (NYPA), JetBlue is rolling out the largest fleet of electric ground service equipment (eGSE) of any airline
at JFK.JetBlue is constantly looking for more efficient technologies and sustainable fuel options. Electric bag tugs
and belt loaders will replace the previous vehicles which were powered by gasoline. The new eGSE equipment will
help reduce noise, improve energy efficiency and lessen JetBlue’s environmental footprint.JetBlue purchased and
wholly owns the vehicles. Immediate gains from this conversion include zero tailpipe emissions which will reduce
carbon monoxide, ozone precursors and particulate matter. The electric equipment brings additional safety features
including a new aircraft detection system to reduce aircraft damage. With this conversion more than 40% of
JetBlue’s motorized vehicles at JFK are now electric.

NCB Capital has $40bn of assets under management and is the brokerage arm of the National Commercial Bank, the largest bank in Saudi Arabia. This is the second portfolio acquired by NCB Capital from AerCap following their purchase of 21 aircraft in 2017, which AerCap services. The 19-aircraft portfolio consists of a mix of wide-body and narrow-body aircraft on lease to airlines around the world. As part of the sale, Dara has appointed AerCap as exclusive Servicer. AerCap will provide lease management services including aircraft technical management, lease administration and marketing services. Equipment at terminals and steel used on a ship’s deck are susceptible to rust due to the harsh outdoor ocean environment, which can lead to corrosion arising from severe salinity, temperatures, humidity, and ultraviolet rays, all exacerbated by scratches resulting from wear from cargo loading, etc. During voyages, crew members usually remove rust with power tools and then repaint. But a tremendous amount of repetitive work is required, and the repair does not remain in good condition for long. In August 2018, NYK signed a memorandum of understanding with Toyokoh to jointly examine the development of a corrosion-prevention business, and technical experiments conducted afterward have confirmed the benefits of reducing the on-deck maintenance workload of crew members, extending the lives of ships and equipment (thus reducing lifecycle costs), and reducing environmental loads during dry-dock.
