The developers of a $10 million apartment and retail project in Indianapolis called Trail Side on Mass Ave were initially denied approval due to concerns about inadequate parking from neighboring businesses. The developers have since revised their plans to include an underground 69-space parking garage and 25 surface lot spaces. They will present the new plans to the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission on May 5th in hopes of gaining approval to proceed with construction of the four-story, 69 apartment unit building.
