Making it  work
Using resources to free volunteers from the administration
Light organisational structure
Supported by a contracted Secretariate and part time Executive Director
Their job is the boring and necessary bits
Secretariate membership processing web support financial administration event support and administration project support
The  money
initially membership and conference money
Now  mostly from conference, event and training money
our  last  conference made over $50,000
Active  certificate training program Contract  with trainers
