HyperBuilding is a building automation application that runs on Google's App Engine platform. It allows facility managers to monitor and control building equipment like intercoms, cameras, and controllers through a web-based facility console. The application represents equipment on floor plans and shows statuses. It also allows reconfiguring devices. HyperBuilding uses open standards like Ethernet, the internet, and WebRTC for a flexible solution that can scale to buildings of various sizes and complexities. A prototype is available for demonstrations.

HyperBuilding is a HyperBusiness application (brochure) extention, to
manage the Building Automation Systems (BAS), for the HyperCondo
application (brochure), developed and running on the Google Application
Engine (GAE) Platform as a Service.
Its features and performances cold be explained by the HyperCondo
building automation facility CondoNet
HyperBuilding enables the facility administration, by WEB based Facility
Console, for all terminal equipments and peripheral devices of everyone
building area of everyone condominium in the eCondominium Community.
The Facility Console of each condominium enables the access to each type
of terminal equipments:
● InterPhones, to enable the video­chat between in­habitans and the
control of some building automation, open doors.
● HyperCameras, to watch common areas
● HyperDevices controllers
and its various peripheral devices (ex. RFID Readers).
The Facility Console shows the physical location, functional role and
status/usage of everyone peripheral device, in the concerned area, and
enables authorized personnel to add and [re]configure it.
HyperBuilding software architecture approaches the building facility
management in very flexible way, independently from its size and
complexity:
● Everyone facility and components are identified by its unique
identifier and correctly located into its right condominium area
● The terminal equipments are Ethernet and Internet enabled (Chrome
browser, etc.), as equipped with CPU and Android or Chrome native
Operating System.
● The peripheral devices are controlled by the terminal equipments
through local connections RS232/USB.
● Each facility provides one modem/switch/firewall, that interfaces
Internet with Ethernet LAN of the building area CondoNET.

HyperBuilding is coming, just in time!
