This document presents research from the International Conference on Systems, Science, Control, Communication, Engineering and Technology 2017, focusing on two studies: one on hybrid wind generators and another on fluoride detection in drinking water. The first study discusses power management strategies for wind energy systems to improve grid stability, while the second examines fluoride levels in drinking water using a mobile tech device in rural areas with high fluoride exposure. Both studies highlight the importance of addressing energy management and public health in their respective fields.
