The province of Huelva is located in southwestern Spain along the Atlantic coast. It has a population of around 150,000 and its capital city and largest city is Huelva. The landscape varies from mountains in the north to warmer coastal areas containing some of Spain's most pristine beaches. Huelva has notable landmarks like the Cathedral of La Merced and the Gran Teatro as well as several parks, the largest being Moret Park. Local specialties include Jamón de Jabugo ham as well as cheeses, wines and liqueurs.
