Come, Now Is the
Time to Worship
Come, now is
the time to worship.
Come, now is
the time to give your heart.
Come, just as you are,
to worship.
Come, just as you are,
before your God… Come.
One day every tongue will
Confess You are God.
One day every knee will bow.
Still the greatest treasure
remains for those
Who gladly choose you now.
Come, now is
the time to worship.
Come, now is
the time to give your heart.
Come, just as you are,
to worship.
Come, just as you are,
before your God… Come.
One day every tongue will
Confess You are God.
One day every knee will bow.
Still the greatest treasure
remains for those

One day every tongue will

One day every knee will bow.

Come, now is

Come, now is

Come, just as you are,

Come.
Standing on
the Promises
Standing on the promises
of Christ my King,
Through eternal ages
let His praises ring,
Glory in the highest,
I will shout and sing,
Standing on the
promises of God.
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of
God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the
promises of God.
Standing on the promises
that cannot fail,
When the howling storms
of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God
I shall prevail,
Standing on the
promises of God.
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of
God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the
promises of God.
Standing on the promises
of Christ the Lord,
Bound to Him eternally
by love’s strong cord,
Overcoming daily
with the Spirit’s sword,
Standing on the
promises of God.
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of
God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the
promises of God.
Standing on the promises
I cannot fall,
Listening every moment
to the Spirit’s call
Resting in my Savior
as my all in all,
Standing on the
promises of God.
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of
God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the
promises of God.
A New Name
in Glory
I was once a sinner, but I came
Pardon to receive from my Lord:
This was freely given, and I found
That He always kept His word.
There’s a new name
written down in glory,
And it’s mine, O yes, it’s mine!
And the white robed angels
sing the story,
“A sinner has come home.”
For there’s a new name
written down in glory,
And it’s mine, O yes, it’s mine!
With my sins forgiven
I am bound for Heaven,
Never more to roam.
I was humbly kneeling
at the cross,
Fearing naught but God’s
angry frown;
When the heavens opened
and I saw
That my name was written down.
There’s a new name
written down in glory,
And it’s mine, O yes, it’s mine!
And the white robed angels
sing the story,
“A sinner has come home.”
For there’s a new name
written down in glory,
And it’s mine, O yes, it’s mine!
With my sins forgiven
I am bound for Heaven,
Never more to roam.
In the Book ’tis written,
“Saved by Grace,”
O the joy that came to my soul!
Now I am forgiven, and I know
By the blood I am made whole.
There’s a new name
written down in glory,
And it’s mine, O yes, it’s mine!
And the white robed angels
sing the story,
“A sinner has come home.”
For there’s a new name
written down in glory,
And it’s mine, O yes, it’s mine!
With my sins forgiven
I am bound for Heaven,
Never more to roam.
Church in the
Wildwood
There’s a church in the valley by the
wild wood, No lovelier spot in the dale
No place is so dear to my childhood,
As the little brown church in the vale
O come, come, come, come,
Come to the church in the wildwood,
Oh, come to the church in the dale,
No spot is so dear to my childhood,
As the little brown church in the vale.
How sweet on a clear, Sabbath
morning, to list to the clear ringing bell
Its tones so sweetly are calling,
Oh, come to the church in the vale.
O come, come, come, come,
Come to the church in the wildwood,
Oh, come to the church in the dale,
No spot is so dear to my childhood,
As the little brown church in the vale.
There, close by the church in the valley,
Lies one that I loved so well;
She sleeps, sweetly sleeps, ‘neath the
willow, Disturb not her rest in the vale.
O come, come, come, come,
Come to the church in the wildwood,
Oh, come to the church in the dale,
No spot is so dear to my childhood,
As the little brown church in the vale.
There, close by the side of that loved
one, To trees where the wild flowers
bloom, When the farewell hymn shall
be chanted
I shall rest by her side in the tomb.
O come, come, come, come,
Come to the church in the wildwood,
Oh, come to the church in the dale,
No spot is so dear to my childhood,
As the little brown church in the vale.
From the church in the valley by the
wildwood, When day fades away into
night, I would fain from this spot of my
childhood
Wing my way to the mansions of light.
O come, come, come, come,
Come to the church in the wildwood,
Oh, come to the church in the dale,
No spot is so dear to my childhood,
As the little brown church in the vale.

Mark 1:4-11
4 This messenger was John the Baptist. He was in the
wilderness and preached that people should be baptized to
show that they had repented of their sins and turned to God
to be forgiven. 5 All of Judea, including all the people of
Jerusalem, went out to see and hear John. And when they
confessed their sins, he baptized them in the Jordan
River. 6 His clothes were woven from coarse camel hair, and he
wore a leather belt around his waist. For food he ate locusts
and wild honey.
7 John announced: “Someone is coming soon who is greater
than I am—so much greater that I’m not even worthy to
stoop down like a slave and untie the straps of his sandals. 8 I
baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy
Spirit!”
9 One day Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee, and John
baptized him in the Jordan River. 10 As Jesus came up out of
the water, he saw the heavens splitting apart and the Holy
Spirit descending on him like a dove. 11 And a voice from
heaven said, “You are my dearly loved Son, and you bring me
great joy.”
Thy Word
Thy word
is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
When I feel afraid,
think I’ve lost my way,
Still you’re there right beside me,
And nothing will I fear
as long as you are near.
Please be near me to the end.
Thy word
is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
Now I will not forget
your love for me and yet
my heart forever is wandering.
Jesus, be my guide
and hold me to your side.
And I will love you to the end.
Thy word
is a lamp unto my feet
And a light unto my path.
I Have Decided to
Follow Jesus
I have decided to follow Jesus,
I have decided to follow Jesus,
I have decided to follow Jesus
No turning back, no turning back.
The world behind me, the cross before me;
The world behind me, the cross before me;
The world behind me, the cross before me;
No turning back, no turning back.
Tho’ none go with me, I still will follow,
Tho’ none go with me, I still will follow,
Tho’ none go with me, I still will follow,
No turning back, no turning back.
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
Will you decide now to follow Jesus?
No turning back, no turning back.
