A: Even though Kia Motors headquarters is based in S. Korea, Indian
Management operates independently. So, Indian Kia motors need not to
communicate on regular basis with Korean Management. Hence no
preference is given to candidate familiar with Korean language.
2. What digital tools software, analytics etc do you use during hiring
process?
A: Not required as no bulk hiring in the current phase at Kia Motors
India.
3. Does the company goes to college campuses for campus placements?
A: Not at the moment but going to start in future.
