I will now go over how to navigate this lesson. By using your mouse and pressing the play button that is displayed, I will begin speaking. If you choose to play the video segments included in the slides you will be provided with more information than the slides hold since there is only a limited amount of space in each slide. To move to the next slide, you have two options. The first is to press the space bar on your keyboard. The second option is to press the right arrow key on the keyboard. To go backwards in the presentation and see previous slides, there is only one option, which is to press the left arrow key.

An Action Verb is a word that is expressing action, something that a person, animal, force of nature, or thing can do.A Descriptive Word(s) are key Words and Phrases that help paint a clear picture and tell a story about something.Descriptive words are important because they give a clear message to the readers. A Job Aid A is a repository for information, processes, or perspectives that is external to the individual and that supports work and activity by directing, guiding, and enlightening performance.
