Key Challenges related to the position
This position will provide strong Human resources leadership and business partnering in the EMEA region. Operational & tactical responsibility for EMEA and Corporate Human Resources programs and processes, such as Compensation & Benefits, ad-hoc projects as well as for Management Development initiatives within the broader EMEA region. Operational support in EMEA, in close liaison with HR Engineering leader based in US.
Essentials duties and responsabilies
Full responsibility for the day to day execution of HR operations for EMEA Small Vehicles, in compliance with the Group policies and best in class standards.
Close collaboration and teamwork with the Group Small Vehicle leaders to enhance managers’ capabilities in people management skills and further develop the organization.
First point of contact for employees related to any HR questions they might have.
Implement, Coordinate and drive annual HR Business Life Cycle processes. Such as Performance management, Talent identification, Individual development plans, Management development programs for the Small Vehicle Business Unit.
Strong collaboration with the global HR Competence Centers. Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Talent acquisition, etc
Overall HR coordination for Compensation & Benefits in EMEA, in close liaison with Global Compensation & Benefits team at corporate head quarters
Utilize and manage new tools, technologies, measurements and capabilities of the organization to manage HR cost and drive efficiency of HR processes, such as Talent Management, Performance Management, Quarterly Business Discussions Process, Rewards programs, etc.
Partner with hiring managers and assess long term and short term staffing goals. Lead, drive and in implement innovative staffing strategies and workforce planning in relation to long-term strategy plans
Overall coordination of EMEA Small Vehicles recruitment process, report weekly on status and progress

Close cooperation with finance partners on HR administration and governance for EMEA Small Vehicles, Engineering and Powertrain in EMEA to comply with internal and external (audit) requirements
HR systems super user for EMEA Small Vehicles region. Overall responsibility to coordinate data governance with global HRIS resources.
Manage and help to drive ad hoc (HR) projects as defined with the HR leader for EMEA
Working conditions
Around 30% travel within territory. Some travel to remote locations and corporate functions.
