• Try to complain Anonymously – with Little details that
would Expose You
• Once the Company is Informed – complain to
Authorities IMMEDIATELY
• Don’t BUILD A CASE – the process will take awhile and
The Company, Union, Lawyer will DRAG the
Investigation Out in order for Statute of Limitations will
EXPIRE. Don’t wait more than 2 weeks – some Statutes
of Limitations (such as N.L.R.B) are a little as 60 Days.

• Find Out Who is In Charge
• Write Down Dates and Names
• Check EAVESDROPPING LAWS IN YOUR STATE
• TRUST NO ONE
• Ignore company Rules about Recording &
Company Taking Documents. Take WHATEVER
you NEED to PROVE your case. Don’t Tell
ANYONE Else at Work. The Workplace has
STRANGE BEDFELLOWS
PLAY ALONG (PLAY STUPID)
• Don’t GIVE YOURSELF UP
• Stay Positive in the Situation but be obvious
you are uncomfortable
• Don’t Openly Complain in groups 3 or more
• Walk In Recording, whatever device you have
–make sure you are Recording properly even
before walking into a Building or Office
Throwaway/Disposable Phones
• Buy a “Burner Phone” w/Minutes with CASH
• Use this Phone to make Anonymous
Complaints (also make ALIAS Social Media
accts IMMEDIATELY – that you think you MAY
need) for future e-mailing, posting video on
YOUTUBE etc.
• Always COVER any Camera Lens and DISGUISE
you voice if you make Complaints by Phone,
Laptop etc.
Do NOT Participate in “Anonymous”
Surveys the Company sends You
• Do NOT Trust any SURVEY – Especially via E-mail
(how can it be anonymous if they know your
email?)
• Do NOT Trust any “THIRD-PARTY” the company
uses.
• Do NOT Trust the Company Ethics Line, ALERTLINE
etc.
• Use “Generic Computers’ if you do so, PUBLIC
LIBRARY etc, even drive outside town and use a
Guest Pass if you can
• Record every step of the Complaint chain
AVOID Company Meetings IF Possible
• DO NOT SPEAK UP AT MEETING
• Be Wary of slective meetings such as “FOCUS
Groups” – you were selected because they
SUSPECT You of Complaining
• If in such a Meeting, exercise SILENCE and appear
Positive
• RECORD the meetings
• Take “Dummy Phone” to meeting, keep it in the
open and don’t touch it – even OPENLY turn it off
to avoid suspicion – they are watching YOU.

Last Resort – Get a Lawyer
• Recap:
