humanitarian action
Purpose of this role
To provide support for assessment providers who have opted to pilot the Assessment Provider
Standards, support materials and services
To provide training and guidance for piloting organisations that helps them understand and use the
standards
To guide piloting organisations through a self-evaluation of their services
To help piloting organisations create and implement an action plan based on the findings of their
self-evaluation
To support an early adopter if they choose to undertake an external audit of the quality of their
services
To provide basic information and referral options about other resources and services that will be
available on HPass, such as Open Badge technology to recognise learning and skills

  • #14 Auditing Service" We will provide: -  a self-evaluation tool for providers to evaluate their services against the standards - access to a Quality Manual for an approval organisation to test processes - An advisory support service available for providers during this pilot phase - An auditing process through which a provider is externally evaluated against the standards - Access to results and feedback Approval provides independent​ demonstration that the management system of the learning or assessment provider organisation is; ​- Conforming to the requirements of the ​Standards ​- Capable of consistently achieving its policies and objectives ​- Effectively implementing the ​Standards There will be no cost to the participating organisations during the pilot phase.  After the HPass service is launched, Early Adopter Providers will have access to a free official audit against the finalised Standards
