suggested to me yoga. Honestly I treated
this information with considerable disbelief. I did not
think anything could improve my condition. I practiced
a lot of dynamic sports and it seemed to me that
is the best possible way. I decided to check it out ...
5. I remember the haste with which I rushed to my first
yoga class. These classes were held in one
of the emblematic building of the city katowice.
When I arrived at one of the last floors of an office
building I did not know completely what I meet…
6. The first minutes of classes taught by Margaret Klaniecka
seemed very boring. However, after a few minutes,
much to my surprise, appeared the first drops of sweat
on my body. I felt that, despite my condition yoga
practice is strongly felt.
8. I felt amazing after the first yoga class. Everything
seemed to be much lighter and more evident than
before. This lasted almost two hours. Then came the felt
fatigue and drowsiness. It was evening so I decided to go
to sleep.
10. I went to the practice of yoga as usual ambitiously. I
started to spend on yoga hall 7.5 hours per week.
Pleasant feeling after class took longer and longer. My
emotional state was becoming more stable.
12. Regular practice has improved my concentration and the
ability to memorize. The quality of interpersonal relations
has improved. Number of thoughts in my head
decreased. My senses have improved.
14. A lot has changed in my life. I feel far more complete
and reconciled to the challenges of everyday life.
My health has greatly improved. My diet has changed
and I eat far healthier food than ever. My self-awareness
can better respond to new challenges
and responsibilities. I have met many amazing people.
The problems of everyday life no longer overwhelm.
16. From a scientific point of view, yoga classes are very
beneficial physical activity. They act directly
on the whole body improving our condition. Yoga has
a direct impact on the emotions and turns out to be
a great way for business people. Reducing stress levels
can increase creativity and empathy. It changes
our perception of ourselves and of others which affects
the direct relationship to ethics.
