3. 1. Use wooden cradles and bedstands
• Metal elements in your babies cradle can accumulate electrical
charges from prolonged exposure to EMF from domestic sources or
EMR from telecommunication devices. Therefore, a metal cradle can
act as a EMR intensifier increasing the concentration of EMR around
your baby. This can distort the body’s own electrical field
causing uneasiness, light or broken sleep, irritability etc. Use a
wooden frame cradle, bed or bedstand. Besides the aesthetics, wood
is far more safer for a baby.

4. 2. Remove the baby monitor
• A baby monitor uses a WiFi connection to beam the images of the
baby. However it concentrates a lot of EMR inside the room. This is
extremely dangerous for the baby. Certain baby
monitors radiate250mW radiation. This is 25-50 times higher than the
Bio-initiative prescribed levels from EMR exposure. Please consider
removing the baby monitor immediately. If you have to use it, please

from the room

• Look around outside from the baby’s room – if there are any cell
towers in vicinity (150 metres), please don’t choose the room for your

between your baby’s room and the cell phone tower
