Chris works with leading CX, analytics and marketing teams
to solve real-world problems using customer journey
analytics. He specializes in the use of analytics across a
diverse set of industries, including financial services,
telecommunications and defense. Chris is a member of the
National honors Societies for Mathematics, Engineering, and
Electrical Engineering. He has a bachelors in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Maine, and a Masters in
Financial Engineering from NYU.
